Because ScreenMagz sells digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the content has been delivered and accessed. We understand this is different from physical goods, and we are committed to making things right if something goes wrong on our end.
Eligibility for Refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged but never received access to your digital content
- You were charged twice for the same order
- A technical error on our platform prevented you from accessing your purchase
- The product delivered was materially different from what was described
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We are unable to issue refunds in the following cases:
- The digital content has been accessed or downloaded
- You changed your mind after purchase
